I specialize in helping neurodivergent minds feel more understood—and a lot less overwhelmed. As an ADHD-CCSP and ASDCS, I provide focused support for challenges like attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and social interaction. I’m also a Certified Neuropsychotherapist (NPT-C), which means I bring a brain-based, compassionate lens to everything we do together.
With 18 years in mental health and over a decade as a licensed counselor, I combine real clinical experience with a warm, metaphor-rich style that makes therapy feel more like a conversation than a chore.
